The main activities of the company TROJICE spol. s r.o. is custom metalworking, CNC processing of sheet metals and steel plates, as well as production of steel structures and technological equipment.
The company TROJICE spol. s r.o. originated in the year 1993 from the department „Centrální údržba technologických zařízení úpraven a třídíren uhlí a koksu společnosti OKD, a.s.”.
We are a significant production and supplier company in the area of CNC processing of sheet metals and steel plates and for many years we have been active in a great number of industry branches , e.g. mechanical engineering, power engineering, civil engineering, agriculture, chemical and manufacturing industry.
Custom manufacturing in - house
Taking into account that the firm TROJICE spol. s r.o. places a great emphasis on a full completed product, the so called in-house, the custom manufacturing in not limited to CNC cutting, bending, rolling and perforating of metal sheets. There are also locksmith, welding and metal processing operations belonging to our range of activities. In the field of customised metal manufacturing and CNC processing of sheet metal we are able to provide all services, starting with production of simple elements (e.g. perforated sheets) plus more complicated production of steel constructions and equipment, over supply of ordered merchandise as far as assembly of them.
Technical rear of the company
Out team has at present about 50 qualified and experienced employees that are capable and ready to fulfil all your wishes concerning custom metal processing, CNC bending and rolling of sheet metal, CNC cutting and perforating of sheet metal or concerning steel structures and technological equipment.
Production facilities of the firm TROJICE spol. s r.o. are equipped with high quality, reliable and completely organized machinery which ensure that all custom metal manufacturing will run in high quality and at a moment´s notice as well as CNC metal plate processing will be performed precise, quickly and free and clear.
Because the customer is the head for us we have implemented and certified the Quality management system ČSN EN ISO 9001:2009, despite of it we are making effort all the time to improve our qualification.
We are head in the sphere of CNC metal sheet proceeding, cutting, bending, rolling as well as perforating of metal sheets and production of steel constructions and technological equipment. Besides of this we are permanently working on generation of long term cooperation with our customers. Corresponding quality and high technical level of our production are also demonstrated by a great number of already realised job orders, among the recipients of them belong also some reputable companies.
